Directors Rhys and Michael met as apprentices, working side by side in the early stages of their careers. From the start, they shared the same approach to the job: strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a refusal to walk away from work that wasn’t finished properly. Over time, they took different paths, building experience across a wide range of high-voltage environments and projects.
In 2022, Powerex Services was founded, bringing together decades of hands-on experience, a shared standard for how work should be done, and a clear idea of the kind of business they wanted to build.

Between our Directors, we bring 30 years of high-voltage experience. That experience shows up in how we plan work, identify risk early, and make sound decisions on live sites, especially when conditions change or the pressure is on.
We are expert high voltage technicians, but if specialist input is required, we bring it in. We don’t stretch our capability or sell solutions we can’t stand behind.
